We were at the TuttoFood 2021!

Finally, after more than 10 days, we are able to report on the first fair we attended with one of our stands and with the entire team. It was a success.
TuttoFood was a fantastic experience! We still have the adrenaline rush of everything that happened, of all the people we met around the fair and who came to visit us at our stand.

The main protagonists were certainly the products that some producers have entrusted to us, giving us the opportunity to really taste the quality that can be found on Exporium and in several have asked us how to buy the products. Well, you have to sign up for Exporium! 😉

Exporium Stand @ TuttoFood2021

Our stand was at TuttoDigital, the new section of the fair dedicated to digital, and it was a real pleasure to learn about many exciting projects and many related to blockchain, an innovative technology that we believe is fundamental for the future, in particular for the sustainability of the food chain.

We were close to the Evolution plaza, and this gave us the opportunity to attend very interesting panels; in particular, we would like to point out two:
“Ready, Tech, Go. Starting over from food”
Moderated byAntonio Iannone withe the participation of:
– Peter Kruger, managing partner of AgFood Ventures
– Andrea Zorzetto, managing partner of Plug and Play Tech Center
– Andrea Lippolis, founder and CEO of Feat Food
– Alberto Musacchio, CEO of Food Evolution
– Andrea Ambrosoli, CEO of Herbamelle

Moderated by Sonia Bennati, Editorial Manager of Editrice Zeus, with the participation of

Paola Pomi, CEO of Sinfo One
Giovanni Causapruno, PhD, MBA, Business Developer & Food Supply Chain Manager of xFarm
Alessandro Conti, Market Lead Italy of Connecting Food.

The environment we found was absolutely collaborative, with everyone (or almost) ready to listen to our proposal and especially to give us really important insights to improve our platform even more. Impossible to list them all but we can tell you that our team will have even less to sleep now 😊.

To close, let us point out some of the numbers of TuttoFood 2021: more than 2,700 companies, 1,000 buyers from over 40 countries, more than 150,000 visitors, far more than the more than 82,000 registered in the previous edition, the 2019 edition.

Finally, a word about the organization: we were really happy with how the event went, from the booth setup (okay, a few minor inconveniences but that’s part of the game 😊), to the help during the event and the access management (always well managed). A huge thanks to Stefania Tonon. We look forward to coming back in 2023!

We bid you farewell by giving you an appointment in Warsaw, at the Horeca GastroFood in November, at which we will be present and for which we already have many accomplishments planned.
